Brooke House

CHIEF PROGRAM OFFICER

Brooke House has worked for KCWS since 2019 in a variety of roles, predominantly focused on client programming, training, and staff development. Prior to joining KCWS, her work included other nonprofit agencies focused on serving children in foster care, pregnant and teen mothers, and those experiencing homelessness.

Brooke has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s degree in Leadership and HR Development, certification in Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School, and several trauma-informed credentials.

Holly Aldridge

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Prior to her current role as CEO at KCWS, Holly owned and directed a childcare center from 2006 to 2019. In 2017, she earned her B.A. degree in Behavioral Science from Ashford University.

Holly began work with KCWS in 2019 because she wanted to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Starting as a transportation advocate, she worked her way up through just about every position in the Shelter before obtaining her current administrative role as CEO.

Through her work at KCWS, Holly values the importance of advocating for people, communities, and their families.
